My Old Kentucky Dinner Train continues to monitor the guidance, requirements, and recommendations from the state of Kentucky and various agencies as it relates to COVID-19. Unfortunately, due to the size of our train cars and the fixed and permanent setup of the tables for safe travel, we do not foresee being able to reopen before the end of 2020. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you in the future and appreciate your patience and understanding as we all get through this together.

My Old Kentucky Dinner Train remains closed for excursions and reservations. Unfortunately, we do not have a projected reopening date at this time, but we eagerly await the day we can welcome you on board!
We will be publishing an update to our website and our Facebook page every three weeks with the updated status of the operations. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS REGARDING RE-OPENING

At this time, we do not have a definitive re-opening date. We plan to reopen as soon as we feel it is in the best interest of our employees, patrons, and community, and sincerely look forward to that time.

Once we have a definitive re-opening date, we will allow new reservations to be made on our website or by calling into our reservations line.

We will update our website and Facebook page as well as send an email notification to our distribution list every three weeks. If you would like to be notified of updates via email, sign up for the distribution list here.

Until we announce a reopening date, each planned excursion will be canceled two weeks prior to their date, and refunds will automatically be issued to customers at that time. If you would like to cancel your reservation and request an immediate refund, email your request to [email protected] and it will be processed as soon as practicable.

All gift certificates that were issued in 2020 or that are set to expire in 2020 will have their expiration dates reset to expire on December 31, 2022.
