Harvest Menu

All entrees are served with freshly baked rollsour signature Golden Spike Salad, and your choice from our seasonal dessert selection. Coffee, hot or iced tea, and soft drinks are included with the meal. Menu subject to modification at the Chef’s discretion.

Tender baby mixed greens and crunchy romaine lettuce topped with heirloom cherry tomatoes, roasted sweet corn, toasted pepitas, and Cotija cheese, served with our signature Golden Spike Dressing.

Lunch Entrees

Open Faced Prime Rib Sandwich

Our famous prime rib, thin sliced over toasted baguette then drizzled with beef jus and horseradish sauce. Served with mashed potatoes and Kentucky summer vegetable medley. 

Kentucky Hotbrown

Open faced sandwich with turkey, ham, bacon, spinach, bell peppers, tomato topped with special sauce and provolone cheese

Vegetarian Selection

A generous serving of tortellini with a tomato mascarpone sauce and accompanied by a fresh mozzarella, tomato, and basil salad.

Chicken Tenders

Baked chicken tenders served with smashed potatoes and seasonal buttered corn.

Lemon Berry Mascarpone Cake

Two layers of moist cream cake with cranberries, blueberries and cinnamon streusel baked into each cake then filled with fruit and a lemon mascarpone cream.

Chocolate Choo-Choo

A chocolate engine filled with Chantilly cream and dark chocolate mousse riding on a chocolate raspberry track.
