Seafood Cakes
Salmon, lobster and lump crab cakes on a bed of cheddar grits, topped with a spicy roasted red pepper remoulade and garnished with roasted corn relish

Oven roasted baby potato medley, baby carrots, onions, celery, and sweet potatoes topped with portabella mushrooms and garnished with oven roasted sweet corn and a balsamic brown sugar glaze.

Pan Seared Pork Sirloin
