Ten chilled shrimp with signature Corman cocktail sauce.

Mini Biscuits
Four fresh baked mini biscuits and country ham with a trio of apple butter, pimiento cheese and pepper jelly.

Ruth Hunt milk chocolate locomotive, decadent chocolate mousse and Chantilly cream.

Creamy risotto tossed with nutty fall squash, root vegetables, and accented with sweet anise-flavored fennel; French bread.
