Fall and Winter Menu

All entrees are served with freshly baked rollsour signature Golden Spike Salad, and your choice from our seasonal dessert selection. Coffee, iced tea, and soft drinks are included with the meal. Menu subject to modification at the Chef’s discretion.

Shrimp Cocktail

Eight large shrimp served from a martini glass filled with our signature cocktail sauce garnished with fresh lemons. Tabasco sauce is available for those who prefer a little heat.

Generously given combo of smoked and fruited cheeses, Italian meats, and fresh fruit.

Tomato Bruschetta

Oven roasted grape tomatoes with garlic and white wine served over French bread crostini topped with balsamic vinegar reduction and garnished with fresh herbs.

Caprese Salad

Fresh sliced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, fresh basil with balsamic vinegar.

Lunch Menu

Golden Spike Salad

Baby mixed greens and crunchy romaine lettuce topped with fresh grape tomatoes, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, banana peppers, and shredded parmesan cheese, served with our signature Golden Spike Dressing. Alternative dressings are available onboard.

Kentucky Hotbrown

Our open-faced sandwich with turkey, bacon, and tomato topped with special sauce and provolone cheese is a bluegrass state classic.

Beef Pot Roast

Delicious slow-roasted beef with roasted potatoes, carrots, onions, celery, red-skin mashed potatoes, and French bread.

Locally raised prime rib slow roasted using a secret Corman recipe (additional jus dipping sauce), served with a baked potato,  sautéed shallots Broccolini.

Crispy fried airline chicken breast served on cheese mashed potatoes, and glazed carrots.

Grilled Pork Chops with Sherry Pan Sauce
