All entrees are served with freshly baked rollsour signature Golden Spike Salad, and your choice from our seasonal dessert selection. Coffee, iced tea, and soft drinks are included with the meal. Menu subject to modification at the Chef’s discretion.

Cheese & Pepper Chicken

A flavorful and creamy Italian-inspired dish that celebrates the classic “Cacio e Pepe” (cheese and pepper) combination. Oven-roasted chicken topped with a peppery cream sauce, enriched with grated Pecorino Romano cheese and minced onions. Accompanied by fluffy mashed potatoes and country-style green beans.
